Raise the mold temperature if the material is freezing before your have a complete mold filling. Increase the injection speed on your machine and also increase the injection pressure. Increasing the injection time and making sure you have enough venting on your machine can also solve this problem.
Look over the mold surface and make sure that you have flatness along the mold if you are getting mismatched faces on your molds. Make sure there are no deformities in your tools or that you don’t have foreign objects in your mold.
